We were there. When the market was crashing in 2007 the commercial real estate market was turned upside down. Banks were not lending money and only cash buyers were prospering. Commercial realtors were collapsing. Randy Krise got up every day, put on his shirt and tie, and knocked on doors.
Krise Commercial Group struggled … but survived … and thrived.
