Haley Hales

"Real Estate Agent" . . . Haley Hales moved to Southwest Florida in 1997 from Massachusetts. Haley graduated magna cum laude from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2004 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Marketing. Haley obtained her real estate license in 2006 while beginning her career as Marketing Director for a nationally recognized qualified intermediary of real estate investment services utilizing Self-Directed IRAs and 1031 Exchanges.
In 2010, Haley branched into Property Management serving as Sales Manager and overseeing 600 units for the largest property management company in the United States. In 2014, she transitioned into off-
site property management, and worked as Property Manager for over 155 privately-owned residential homes stretching from North Fort Myers to Naples, Florida. After the birth of her daughter in 2016, Haley began her work as an independent real estate agent.  She has a true understanding of the key roles necessary for a successful and seamless real estate
transaction, as well as, tenant retention and overall client satisfaction.
